Servco Toyota Hilo

I bought a brand new Tacoma. In the first 5000 miles the Hud developed a blind spot rendering it useless. The Servco service department claims Toyota doesn't have any replacement parts. I have been months in a broken "brand new" vehicle that I have been told the parts have been ordered but are unavailable at this time. If the dealership that sold this would buy it back I will sell it to them. If they can't fix a new truck under warranty then they shouldn't sell em

Update: Since I wrote this review 8 months ago, Servco has greatly improved their customer service in their service department. Someone almost always answers the phone now, they are helpful and scheduling is significantly easier than it used to be. I'm grateful when a company is given feedback and they take it seriously and change. I feel better about getting my car serviced here now. Terrible "service" department, you can forget about getting any service here. They don't answer phone calls, don't return phone calls, and don't answer texts. The only way I can get anyone to talk to me is to walk in every time. I won't be getting my oil changed here anymore.

I had a great experience purchasing my car here. Lahi answered all of my questions, took time to compare features of a couple of different models and led me through the whole experience from start to finish with ease. The finance department was great too. Thanks for the service!

The customer service here is above and beyond. I was lucky enough to work with Harley since my first visit to have my Tundra serviced for regular maintenance, and she’s provided nothing but excellence in customer service. Harley’s precise and thorough communication takes the stress out of dealing with auto issues. I recently had to have my starter replaced, and she helped me get my truck in the same day. The technicians were able to diagnose it and provide me with recommendations by the days end. The starter, drive belt, radiator flush, transmission flush, and oil change was done by the next day. My Tundra is running just as good as it was when I first got it. Thank you to Harley and the technician team!!

People only talk to you if you're going to buy a car. The dealer carries limited and only select models. Not much choice in colors either. The sales guy and sales manager will not give you a good deal and since there is no other Toyota competition they know they don't need to. The people in Hilo are held hostage and I feel sorry for them. Not recommended.
